Mary Kom is an female Indian boxer from Manipur and also an Indian icon. She is ranked as ranked as Number 4 in the Flyweight category of AIBA World Women’s Ranking. Dingko Singh who won the gold medal in boxing in 1998 Asian Games who belong to Manipur was her great inspiration. She has already won a bronze medal in 2012 summer Olympics held in London in under 51 kg category. She has won many medals and made unique records. She is the only female to win the World Amateur Boxing Championship six times. she won a silver medal at the Asian Women’s Boxing Championship in 2008. In 2010 Asian Games she won a bronze medal in the 51 kg category. She is the first Indian female boxer to win gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. She pursues training to hit the medal list in Olympics 2020.
Lovlina started her career as a kick boxer as her sisters and later switched to boxing. She won gold medal and silver medal in the India Open International Boxing Tournament held in Delhi and Guwahathi respectively. In Asian Boxing Championships in 2017 she won the bronze medal. She won the bronze medal in the Welterweight(69 kg) category at the AIBA Women’s World Boxing Championship in 2018. She has become the maiden women boxer from her state to get qualified for Olympics. She pursues her training in a way to acquire a medal in Olympics and make the country proud.

Vikas Krishna yadhav is a boxer from Haryana who competes in light weight category usually. In 2009 at Annual Indian youth National championships he won the gold medal. At Asian youth boxing championships also he won a gold medal. He works a police officer in Haryana now. He is selected for Olympics for the third time in boxing after Vijender Singh. He has also won a gold medal in 2018 common wealth games and a bronze medal in the 2018 Asian games. Vikas represents India internationally in the 69 kg middleweight category now.
Amit Panghal is an Indian boxer who competes in the Flyweight division. He grabbed a gold medal in the National Boxing Championships in 2017 for the first time. He has also won bronze medal in the 2017 Asian Amateur Boxing Championships. In 2019, he has won silver in the world championship and gold in the asian championships. He is the first Indian boxer to win silver medal at the 2019 AIBA World Boxing Championships. Panghal qualified for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics through his win against Carlo Paalam, of Philippines in the 52 kg quarterfinal. His boxing in Olympics is highly expected to turn as a medal winning game.

She has become first girl from Punjab to compete in Olympics. She is expected to be the first medal winner too in Olympics from Punjab in boxing.
